John, thanks for correcting me. Brain freeze, yes I meant Gaucho's Grill. Unfortunately, I agree it's going to take a larger chain for that concept to take off unless a local has the money to properly put into it.

Yes, I know their are fairly solid legs under the "Sprinkles" rumor for Nichols Hills Plaza. We're at least 2 years out on that, if not more. I'm not counting on having that concept for at least a few years if that's all we're putting our hopes on. I'd like to see that concept come to OKC well before then.

lpecan, my list wasn't in order of neccessity as stated in my original post. I stated not necessarily needed as much as our market is lacking these sorts of concepts.
