The temporary Southbound I35 to Westbound Highway 9 interchange puts the fear of God into me every time I use it. i hope they get that project moving.

In Oklahoma, "cheap" is the operative word. We have some of the worst freeways in the nation. Why? Low quality and low frequnecy of construction.
14 million for a freeway that will cost many times that amount? A slap in the face. Way to go I took. (Istook for you new people)
