who the hell do you think paid to make downtown Oklahoma City a place where developers would want to be in the first place? Maybe they do things differently in Jacksonville. I wouldn't know as, unlike you, I have chosen to live in Oklahoma City ---- I'm not blowing my horn from 1100 miles away.
