Default Re: New Profesional Football League considering OKC

If the organization is big enough, they could petition to use Gaylord Family Memorial Stadium. There may not be as much opposition as we had when the Oklahoma Outlaws (USFL) we petitioning to use Owen Memorial Stadium back then.

If not, there are plans to use Bricktown Ballpark year round for high school/college football games and possibly MLS soccer and expanding the ballpark to seat 22,000 to 25,000; that we allow us to bid on the men's college world series when it comes up.

Some of the high school games would include the state playoffs and some key HS games moved to the site; college--Langston vs. Grambling/Southern or Prarie View could be played there.
