I have talked to Mr. Dowell regarding his Midtown project and wish him all the best. I think that he has great intentions with the properties he owns and am sure the tower will turn out to be a great asset to the CBD. He is also renovating the old Bob Moore Cadillac building and has plans to add a couple of floors to this building.
