Actionman, I do hope that this project of Dowell succeeds, as I'm sure we all do. But, "free parking" at Dowell's parking facility at 4th & Harvey, 3 blocks away from the Dowell Center, wouldn't "catch" me as an enticement. And, with tenants apparently having to pay their own utility expenses directly, as I've heard, that's another issue, too. As is always true, a prospective "tenant" has to figure everything into the mix, as to the desirability of leasing or not.

I do hope that Dowell succeeds with this venture and does good things with this building ... it has been dormant MUCH too long!
